Current report from your boardsie in the tropics (while watching the storm back home)

    Tropical North Australia 9.30pm
    Pressure 1018.8hPa
    Wind: Calm
    Temperature 10.8c

Clear skies (have been clear since the wet season ended a few months ago).
    Haven`t seen rain in months.

Max temperature earlier was 28.7c at 4pm after a minimum of 2c at 6.30am. Sun is noticeably stronger than in June & July.
As soon as the sun goes down the temperature plummets to 0 - 5c most nights during June & July. August should be more like 10 - 15c at night but it hasnt really happened yet. None of the houses here are built with insulation so you feel the cold. At least during the wet season it is consistently hot day and night and you can get used to it if you are not in air con too much.

25 - 30c for the rest of the week. Vegetation is still mostly green but is drying out and the bushfire season has started....
