eircom Exchange Upgrade - Rochestown?

    Hi

    Just moved into new house, cannot get UPC....and eircom's line test is quoting 1.5M download - cannot tell you how annoyed I am.

    Only hope is that friendly eircom engineer says my exchange (Rochestown) is in line for upgrade and I should get fibre to the nearby distribution point (which is less than 1km from my house) and I should get a speed increase.

    Anyone know when this is meant to happen?
