Fresh Air System advice

My friend has asked me to help him with planning and installing a fresh air system (not a HRV) into the first floor of his business unit.

Basically the proposed system will comprise of a louvre on the front of the building with a motor controlled fan to pull air into a central duct running the length of the building. There will be branches off the central duct into the air con cassettes currently located in each office. Each a/c unit has a break through in the side for fresh air input. There will be a motor controlled valve to control the amount of air coming into each office. Each office will also have a passive vent grill in the ceiling to allow air to flow. There will also be a second louvre on the front of the building to allow for air flow.

I'm looking for advice re: suppliers of parts for the proposed system, as well as any information about possible acoustic issues we might encounter with the ducting, fan etc. Or even if anyone has installed a similar type of system. Thanks.
