    The term of mortgage interest relief was increased for those who bought during the boom. I'm not too sure what years are applicable, but my mortgage was drawn down in 2004 and I'm still receiving TRS at a reduced rate.


    Check www.revenue.ie - they have the details of the TRS section and are very easy to deal with.
