    Hi,

    I have a single room to let for the full college term in Bru na Gruadan just next to Groody. (15 min walk to college)

    Its a relatively large single room. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

    Its a three storey end of terrace house sharing with 5 other 4th years.

    Plenty of parking.

    Price - €160 rent+ €40 a month bills (approx)
