Hi our wireless says connected on laptop and tablet and iphones, "wireless strength excellent" router lights look normal, yet we cannot open any web pages on any of the devices. We have turned everything on and off to no avail. We are in Dublin 8. Anyone else having this problem? Any solutions? can't face calling customer service right now, need to build up my strength for that!

OK so you have a combined router / modem. Depending on when you got UPC, they may have been separate.

Is your DS/US LEDs flashing? do they flash randomly? or blink on and off constantly?

If you can't figure out what's happening via the LED's you'll need to log into the modem and see what's happening. Its not too difficult to log into these from your browser once you know the modem IP address. Your modem IP address is the same as your default gateway address. You can find it out as follows:-
