Nope, my greeting has always been "Well" which is probably more annoying to people.

Rent a ranch out in America or Austraila, bring all my friends and everyday we can go out on the horses. Also, no cooking for me, only chipper, chineses and KFC!

I cannot agree more. This sentence holds many meanings, but the one Id like to bring to the forefront of my readers mind is "the best" Because damn right it is, that shits finger licking face stuffing toe curling goodness!
