    I have three questions!

    1) Do all repossessions and voluntary surrenders of property from each bank go into NAMA?

Had a look at NAMA's full foreclosure list here

    2) Does anyone have a summary as its very long?!
i.e. how many properties are in Dublin?
How many are apartments, houses etc?

    3) How can anyone talk about the market bottoming out with so many properties still to be released onto the market?
Look at the number of houses that or not yet for sale!

I agree, until all these properties come onto the market you can't gauge the bottom
