Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

A cheese and onion crisp sandwich is a thing of beauty especially with a mug of tea.

This talk of ham with it upsets me deeply though.

Ham??? In a crisp sandwich? Nonononononononono.

Pringles sour cream and onion are the superior crisps to use btw.

Flip the bread, pom-bear crisps in the red pack are the lads you are after.

100% advocate cheese and onion tayto sandwiches

    Ham... Not so much

And it should only be taytos in the sandwich, none of this Walkers/King/Hunky Dory's shíte

Sounds like the sustenance of choice whilst travelling to a bogball game.
Is a flask of tae also compulsory?

    That'll be a cake sandwich
Pringles, the popular snack food in a tube, are not potato crisps, a High Court judge has ruled.

Their packaging, "unnatural shape" and the fact that the potato content is less than 50% helped Mr Justice Warren make his crunch decision. Proctor & Gamble..argued that potato crisps - unlike Pringles - did not contain non-potato flours, and were not packaged in tubes. Pringles are more like a cake or a biscuit, it claimed, because they are manufactured from dough..

It can't be called a 'crisp samwidge' if there is anything but crisps in between two slices of buttered fresh white bread.

You creeps who think that ham and cheese and other such abominations added to crisp sammiges make it better are just fooling yourselves.

    I hate you.

I love it when there's ham and cheese with the Cheese & Onion crisps.
    Also butter, of course.

    Some good sh!t right there.

This sandwich only works with smokey bacon crisps.

What are ya on about,it was the rich kids in school that could afford a chicken filly/breakfast roll every day whilst a buttered roll plus pack of tayto was less than a euro

No. They'd be having Ciabatta with olive oil, parma ham, figs and goats cheese!

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

    what you talkin' bout willis?

For a start, "culchies" don't even call them crisps, they call them taytos, even if they're king

I would have thought that taytos with ham would only be for the anglo golden circle or the Quinns
