Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You can take maternity leave from 24 weeks. A girl in my school was due march 18th & she left at Xmas and so finished her maternity leave at the start of the summer holidays. Congratulations by the way.

Taking maternity leave on March 11th brings you up to September 6th and you can then add 6 weeks on to that bringing you up to October 18th. You could go earlier than that but you'd have to be back slightly earlier - you add 6 weeks on to whatever day your school opens. You'd be getting more weeks off but as I said back slightly earlier.

My friend finished last year at Christmas and was due back around October 10th. If you finish in March you will also be due back in October. Could be worth your while finishing early - loads of teachers do it!!!

Think you could start your leave on January 14th and then be due back 6 weeks after your school starts late August which does give you more time off but brings you back maybe 2 weeks earlier.
