Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Mum says it's because women keep their things in handbags, but theyr'e less than safe. I don't know why I'm even posting this because nobody here can change the world, but felt like venting it!:)

Haha it's true! And why is it so hard to find tracksuits with pockets?! I got a pair in Penneys the other day but all my other ones from Dunnes never had pockets.

I love skirts and dresses that have pockets.

Yeah, it's like the OP said; women usually have a handbag to carry their things in. Also, usually, womens' pants are fitted and putting too much stuff in your pockets makes your legs look deformed. It's probably a style thing, just in case you don't realise that you're embarrassing yourself. Fashion designers are so considerate really, when you think about it. :D

pockets ruin the line of trousers.

I have no idea why they don't have them in tracksuit bottoms though, they're utilitarian! they should have loads of pockets!

My iPod does not like being stuffed into a sports bra when I go for a run! Keys get knotted onto the drawstring  I should invest in one of those arm band thingys.

All my tracksuit bottoms except 2 from Abercrombie have pockets.

I think it's because usually women's trousers are worn tighter than men's and it ruins the 'look' of the trousers.

Yeah but then if you compare my skinny jeans to my mom's my pockets are still deeper.

There's a great cracked article about women's clothes here, and they have the pocket thing included too
