My cousin has a problem ; She had a HTC Sensation for 14 months. This morning it froze (had been charged overnight) so she removed the battery and attempted to restart the phone as normal, but all she's getting is a black screen and it is vibrating every 20-30 seconds. When she plugs it into the charger or into her laptop…

My cousin has a problem ; She had a HTC Sensation for 14 months. This morning it froze (had been charged overnight) so she removed the battery and attempted to restart the phone as normal, but all she's getting is a black screen and it is vibrating every 20-30 seconds. When she plugs it into the charger or into her laptop the LED light will come on for about 10 seconds but then goes off and stays off. She has tried leaving it for a while with and without the battery. She then left it plugged into the charger for a while too, nothing has worked
