Cost of Extension and Refurbishment

    Hi All,

    I was looking for cost of extension (9 x 8.5 sq. feets) and 2 bathroom + new en-suite, kitchen-dining area refurbishment and got following quote. This includes all parts + labour (Euros) excluding VAT:

    1. Extension (9 x 8.5 sq. feet) - 10,550
    2. Knock wall down and fit RSJ - 2500
    3. Downstairs small bathrrom - 2150
    4. upstairs bathrom - 5450
    5. Ensuite - 4800
    6. Tiling Floors downstairs (kitchen area, dining area, porch) - 800 (Tiles not included)
    7. New Boiler (Dont have full spec, of the boiler) - 2000

    Can someone provide some insight into above figures? I am novice to consturction and going by words from the builders. Just need some advice as to what i should be asking him.

    Any help/guidance appreciated.
