Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Ireland is very very liberal. It's a free for all here. Again NOT a police state by any stretch of the imagination.

    Liberal in what sense - socially liberal or the American liberal i.e - socialist leanings. Ireland is far from liberal, we have a history of being ruled by the church. There is no abortion in this country and it's a pathetic state of affairs when we actually need to have a discussion on whether two people should be allowed get a divorce. This is all relatively recent...

    There is nothing liberal about Ireland. And if you're touching upon American liberalism - then Obama has drawn and expanded on the American police state more than Bush ever did. What Ireland is, is a socially conservative...fiscally liberal country. All our radicals get out pretty early and go to London or the US..
