Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Self explanatory title. What mistakes have you made that you would warn others about in the hope of stopping history repeating itself.

    I will kick it off with this:

    When applying deep heat to a groin strain make sure you don't accidentally get some on your nut sack. Just had 5 minutes of agony accompanied by trying to dunk my balls in a sink of water to cool down. :D

    Learn to drive in a manual. Only learning to drive an automatic limits you if you need to borrow or rent a car, so get a proper drivers license.

    Be patient. Sometimes people tell you very important things if you give them enough time. Sometimes they really need a lot of time to tell them.

    When someone tells you they'll only break your heart, believe them.

    Never send an email when upset, angry or drunk. Same goes for texts.

    Use easy to remember, looong passwords for online accounts.

    Drink lots of water.

    Save 10 percent of your income into a 'do not touch' account. This is your running away money. Do not touch it unless you need to run away, or are in dire straits in other ways.

    Some of the most "meaningless" sex I've had was in long term relationships with women I've loved. The chemistry just fades with too much familiarity.
