    Maybe if he stopped to think about how amazing the Irish worker was during the "Boom" he would realize how the Polish worker slaughtered the Irish worker just by turning up on time, the 7 Poles im working with are still taking home a scrap under 500 a week for doing what they are payed to do, the novel idea to turn up and Work. its a pity he had to travel half way around the world to learn how to work, im just saying like...

    People work harder when their survival depends on it. They'll make more of an effort, if they can't afford to lose it.

    That's simply human nature, and has nothing to be with where you were born, but rather the situation you are in.
