Dublin Corporation bought the house next to mine, then spent thousands putting in brand new windows, bathroom, kitchen etc then the tennants took out out and sold the kitchen, bathroom, 3 windows(at the back) and the back door and sold them all !!!!!
Surely this isnt allowed, can anything be done about this ??

If you owned a house, renovated it with new kitchens etc, you then rented it out and the tenants sold the contents of the house would you think it's ok????

To be fair WE pay for all this and then they sell it and profit off us. That's not right

Ring the council OP and see what they say. Maybe it's not what you think though?

just because you pay tax doesnt mean you are able to tell them what to do. hate that attitude.

Council fits a good quality back door.
Tennant takes it out and sells it then Replaces it with a cheap door.

    You think that's ok?
