Pretty sure the Oslo wouldn't let people bring in food, otherwise, I would totally bring you all cake.

I just asked, you can bring a cake and they will even put it in the fridge for ya :P

It's my birthday if anyone asks :D

Table booked for 9. I booked it for 12 people for now but sure, it's a fecking pub, we will cram more in if needed.

No mention of the free finger food, booooo.

    Might not still happen?

Okay. I was on the fence whether I was coming or not. Now that there is cake, I'm definitely in.

I'm not 100% positive yet that I'm coming, there's a chance a friend is going to organise her engagement party that night but not sure yet.

Eep, feeling a bit of pressure now, why did I say I'd bring cake?? What if nobody likes it!! I don't like this plan one bit... :o

Pressure cake is the best cake! Hypothetically speaking, if you were to come along, and by some chance DID have some cake with you. What type of cake would it be?

Hypothetically I want some more of your chocolate biscuit cake.

Feck Redhairedguy, he only wants you for your cake. I love you for you.

(But don't feel pressurised into baking, a couple of offcuts would do us simple folk just fine ;) )

You all might be simple, but it's my birthday damnit, I want a 4 tiered cake, chocolate biscuit base, a brownie with 2 sponges of varying types and fillings above it, one ganish filling, one cream and I want raspberry Mascarpone on the brownie.

    Hypotehtically, like.

Yeah, that would be a really weird cake... best just make four seperate...

I may or may not show up, depending on if I have work. Too bad I didn't read about this earlier, one of my housemates works in the Oslo(though I think he may be going to Rock On Seine that weekend).

It seems there's a table quiz in the Oslo on the 24th http://www.winefoodbeer.com/events/oslo-3rd-birthday-mega-brain-table-quiz/
In case any one is interested...

Told the housemate about the beers there, he said that there's a celebration going on for their 3rd year opening next weekend too.

Their table quizzes are very difficult according to same housemate, by the way.

You wouldn't happen to have any of the questions would you? :P
Best to send them via PM though - wouldn't want DasKitty getting her claws into them..

    Hmmm, but cheating isn't ethical.

so how many people are going to this thing for the first time?
    and, more importantly:
what is the Guinness like in Oslo's?

    :)
