Hi all

Just seeking some advice where possible.

We had an extension built on to the rear of our house.

All said and done it was a very shoddy job with many shortcuts and poor workmanship.

We got a private surveyor in to assess the job and we have more than almost 6 pages, 14 with photographs of numerous concerns ranging from uneven floors to the possibility of ingress water.

Also numerous building regulations were not adhered to.

I am looking for a solicitor on merit of recommendation if you were in a similar position regarding building works.

I used Dermot McNamara in Rush a few years and found him very good and his staff most helpful.
