2 weeks ago I bought a deltec MCE 300 skimmer for a 190 L tank. I fitted it no problem but just can't seem to get it so the foam gets high enough to reach the collecting cup. I've moved the air inlet to the 2 o'clock position as advised in the information given but no joy. I've moved it to other positions and again no joy.…

Skimmers usually need about 24 hours to settle in. I'd leave it run or a bit then adjust
