Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

PDE in Hibernia, Teaching Placement

    Hi all,

I've been accepted into Hibernia's PDE programme and I'm due to start in October of this year? I'm just wondering if it's difficult to find teaching practice placement and what's the best way to go about looking for it? I'm thinking of sending letters to the principals of the school I attended and some other local schools. Is this the best thing to do or is e-mail more appropriate these days? What should I include in the letter and is a C.V. required?

I'd appreciate any advice anyone has to offer or if anyone has any recent experience of this I'd love to know how they got on.

    Cheers :)
