    Well, the process is telecine and it's a pro job for decent results. The frame rate of the projector and camera have to be matched and synchronised to avoid getting sync lines on the picture. Unless you don't care about that, I'd say you're looking at an expensive job. Post production places like Windmill Lane would be one option, there are probably others too though. Maybe call the nice people at Nemeton in An Rinn. 058.46344
