    Thats my goal. Now time to get there....

    I am on about week 5 of the C25K (completed it last year but lost my progress when doing the Leaving Cert, so had to start again. Did no exercise for most of the year.
    My program looks like this:
    On days when I can go to gym:
    Chest press
    Seated Row
    Leg press
    Cable Pushdown
    Shoulder Press
    Dumbbell Lunge
    Deadlift
    Bicep Curl
    Incline dumbbell push up thing
    C25K treadmill run

    On days when I cant go to the gym
    Pushups,
    Situps,
    Plank,
    Lunge,
    Squats
    C25K Outdoor run

    I give myself 2 - 3 days rest per week.

    Any advice on that plan would be appreciated

    I like your goal! My query: what is your starting point? Height, weight, bodyfat%, current lifting numbers, age and anything else you think is relevant?

    Age: 19
    Weight: 90kg
    Height: 6ft
    Just started gym last month
    Dont know my body fat %
