Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Look at this - mental! Don't think there is a thread on it already. Up to 70 members of an Islamic sect have been found living underground in Russia. It is believed that they have been there for 10 years and that many of the children born in their subterranean bunker/cave have never seen sunlight.

It's like that Brendan Fraser movie come to life!

Poor kids though :(. You really don't get to choose the kind of crazy you're born into.

Shocking stuff. However, if they make a movie of this I think The Jam's "Underground" should definitely be on the soundtrack.

Dunno... although one man has said to reporters about the dark down there "I was born in it, moulded by it. I didn't see the light until I was already a man, by then it was nothing to me but BLINDING"

    nutjob. :pac:

Clearly "Blast from the Past"! The rosemantic one in which he falls in love with Drew Barrymore after spending his entire adult life in a nuclear fallout bunker.

It's v touching. There is dancing and all sorts in it.

Err, I think that was Alicia Silverstone.

Great movie, though. Christopher Walken and Sissy Spasek were funny as heck.

Oh big surprise, muslim fanatics, didn't know they existed.
I feel sorry for the older children/teenagers because they surely won't recover from the retarded brainwash they will have been put through.

It would be funny if the Catholic church hurried there to quickly try and nurse them back to normal, but sadly the Orthodox church has more of a grip in Russia.
