Medicine related careers

I want to do medicine, or if not the grad medicine. So little stuck on secondary choice for cao. Was wondering between physiology, bio med(ucd) or Microbiology or immunology( but dont know if this is best for gamsat ). What kind of jobs would I be able to work in with these degrees? Its really frustrating that universities…
