€1500 Prize Fund Guaranteed for 16 weeks commencing Monday 3rd September 2012

Buy in: €30 inc reg. Rebuy and/or Add on €30.

Starting Stack $7k, Rebuy $9k, Add on $12k

Rebuy: 1 x €30 Add on: 1 x €30

Guaranteed Prize pool €1500

€100 will be deducted from the Tourney prize pool every week for the Tournament League.

Registration starts at 7.30pm, tournament starts strictly at 8pm, buy in up to first break, end of level 6.

Dealer Dealt

Complimentary food at first break. Full bar facilities available from floor staff.

The League will take €100 from the tournament each week for 16 weeks and €400 will be added. Tourney League Final pot of €2000, top 30 league players qualify. League Final is a Freezeout and no direct entries available.

Cash games are expected to be lively. Based on previous experience it will be NLHE and Omaha - Round of each. Tends to be Deep stacked and sometimes very soft. Often 3k plus in play on the table. We have the function room until 5am, so plenty of time for decent cash game. Rake 5% capped at €12.

Excellent venue for a game really enjoyed it, nice crowd in too, hats off to you Frank and I hope it really takes off down there.

The structure could do with some adjustments I reckon though. The 7 starting, 9 rebuy and 12 top up leaves the tournament with little play after the first break I thought. Cant even remember if a flop was even see on the final table with the blinds and anti as high as they were.

Just something to think about. Maybe you could design a few structures and have the players vote of what they like to see in place? Me I'm always in favour of the freezeouts but understand that not everyone is the same.

Thanks very much for you comments.

We can't change things once a league period has started for continuity reasons.

We will print a suggestion form up and make it available to any player that wants to suggest a format, buy in, etc. We will print all sensible ideas up and put it to a vote of the members on the night of the League Final. The game is about the players, as long as it makes sense we will do our best to run it.

Any improvements and suggestions will be taken on board and may be introduced on other nights or at the start of the next league.

We are running a €60 Freezeout on Thursday nights with a €1200 Guarantee. Please follow the link for further info.

Points are awarded each week to players as follows;
1st Place - 1000 points
2nd Place - 900 points
3rd Place - 800 points

Our Monday league finishes on the 17th December 2012.

There will be no monday night games until after the league final on Monday the 7th of January 2012 as the mondays after the 17th December fall on christmas eve and new years eve. A new league will start on Monday 24th January 2013.

Instead we will run two Christmas Tourneys.

16 Week League commencng on the 3rd September 2012

League finishes on the 17th December 2012.

League Final on Monday 7th January 2013 at 7pm.

Points are awarded each week to players as follows;
1st Place - 1000 points
2nd Place - 900 points
3rd Place - 800 points
4th Place - 700 points
5th Place - 600 points
6th Place - 500 points
7th Place - 400 points
8th Place - 300 points
9th Place - 200 points
All other Players receive 100 points

50 top ranking league players qualify.

All qualifying players receive a stack of $10,000

Plus $1000 for every 500 points held.

The League final is a freezeout.

No direct buy in, rebuys, wheels or deadstacks.

All qualifying players buy in for €60 at the League Final Tourney .

Guaranteed League Prize pool of €4000.

League Table and Tournament Results will be displayed every Monday at the Tourney and posted on the Irish Poker Boards and Boards.ie forums.

League Final on Monday 7th January 2012 at 7pm.

Top 50 qualifying players will have their stacks placed at their allocated seats.

Any unattended Stacks will be removed at the break.

League Final.... What a great night!

47 players with a prize pool of €4000.

Congrats to Eoghan Rogers the winner of the league final taking a first prize of €1200.

Congrats to Karen Muir the overall winner of the League and 3rd in the League Final.

We have a few photo's and I will post them when I work out how to load them.

Cash games were top rate!

Two tables NLHE €1/€2 and Omaha €1/€1/€3 both with live straddles until 5am.

Poker Pro Roy Brindley played cash and said he would be back.

A huge thanks to all of the players who have supported our tournament and cash games over the last 16 weeks. I really appreciate the support.

Thanks to our dealers, Paul Shoe, Luke Neiland, Ray Gallagher, James Kenny, Glen Boxall, and our TD Cillian 'CHD', total professionals who ran a great game every week.

For the next few weeks we are going to mellow out and run a non guaranteed and non league tourney.

We will consider the player feedback and hopefully set up a couple of weekly Guaranteed Tourneys and a new League.

We would appreciate any suggestions, feedback and/or constructive criticism as it will help us to improve our tourneys.
