Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I sent my 3 year old daughter upstairs last night to get socks out of the top drawer of her dresser.
She cant reach the top so she pulls out the bottom drawer to use as a step.
She's still short so climbs up another rung by pulling out the next drawer.
She's in reach now & pulls out the top drawer but now the whole dresser over balances & comes crashing down on top of her.
I ran upstairs where I hear her muffled cries as she's managed to trap herself inside the drawer as it fell down.

I must have laughed for 5 minutes before beginning the rescue attempt.

    I laugh at your stupidity.

    O' Rabidlamb, I don't believe you'd laugh at such a thing.
You'd be too concerned about if they are ok.

Nice trying (again) to wind up people though! :D

I'm always laughing at your kids too. But discretely. Behind the buses. The ones at the back of the house, to the right.

That's a coincidence, I saw the exact same thing happen last night I was walking past a house and could see inside.

The dude was downstairs watching Jeremy Kyle, wearing ladies clothes.

This sort of thing will always happen when mentally subnormal people reproduce.

Your disdain has caused me to delay my rescue attempt, I'm drowning out her tears by hoovering the dirt exposed by my fallen dresser.
How could you do that to my little angel ?.

You said it happened last night and that you attempted a rescue 5 mins after the accident, are you that weak that you can't lift a chest of drawers?

You sir, have been busted, you are a Billy Bullshitter of the highest order!

I think I might have heard that crash as I was passing the house?

Was that you masturbating in the garden?

Read again, I began the rescue but didn't get around to finishing it.
the 200m's was on & I forgot about her, the crying abated after an hour & she seemed to enjoy her new confines.
I sang her a lullaby on the guitar as she dozed off in a drawer of t-shirts.
The tears today are more to do with hunger but that's all in the mind.
Missus is home from work soon & we'll draw up a plan then.

If she was a true angel she would have flown up to the top drawer and taken out her socks.
