I am long term unemployed and have recently undertaken to clear as many of my debts as possible. I recently received a letter from AIB cocerning update to policy documents. Stated on the first page of the letter are the eligibiliy criteria for this particular policy. One of these is that you need to be working for 70 hours…

I am long term unemployed and have recently undertaken to clear as many of my debts as possible.

I recently received a letter from AIB cocerning update to policy documents. Stated on the first page of the letter are the eligibiliy criteria for this particular policy.

One of these is that you need to be working for 70 hours per month. I am working part time but dont make 70 hours per month. Can a refund be sought?
