It's the right decision for that sort of challenge but the big problem is that refs just aren't consistent enough with them.

The players all know the score, 2 footed lunge will most likely see a red, blame the player, not the ref.

Common sense would be for the Ivanovic not to do it. Hes so experienced, and knows the rules inside out.
Watch the tackle at half time, and we'll see how dangerous it is.

Doesnt matter if its a friendly or a champions league final, you cant do that.
