Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Why the f**k is he grabbing the ball in the first place? It was citys kick off, he had no business with the ball. If the keeper gave away a corner and then wrestled the ball off the opposition winger to run and place it on the corner spot would you have an issue with him getting booked?

    Chelsea were looking pretty good until the sending off.

    I do think Hazard looked to be trying too hard. He gave the ball away quite alot.

    An attendance of 36,394 is pretty dreadful for the curtain raiser to the PL season. Probably just as well it wasn't held in Wembley, even though more Chelsea fans would obviously have gone.

    cannot for the life of me understand posters here, chelsea players, especially terry, contesting the red card.

    he launched into him.

    its no wonder there is ****fights on boards like this throughout the season if you cant reach a consensus on that tackle

    City sold out their allocation (only 13,000) and we certainly seemed to be a lot louder than Chelsea.
    Apart from the ''the referee's a ****-ah!'' bit!
