Anyone having speed issues with Smart Telecom? Noticed a few times recently that downloads were slow. Checking the 'DSL Connection' tab on the status page on the router (Linksys WAS320N) normally shows a downstream rate of about 11Mb, but during slow periods it's showing about 2.5Mb. Started a thread on their support forum, but that seems to be dead.

As far as I know it's been fine for years, only really noticed it the last few months. Just wondering if anyone else (particularly around D5) is having a similar issue, or if it's a glitch on my line.
