pay as u go meter dead help

hope someone can help im just back from holiday and my payg meter is dead it must have run out of cred anyway i bought a top up but cant get it in cause the meter is dead along with everythin else in the hse any help much appreciated any num i call doesnt help on sundays please help

Hi laura29,

Are you still experiencing issues with the meter? From what you've described, it sounds like it may have been an electrical fault in the area, in which case you would need to contact ESB Networks on 1850 372 999 (this line is open 24hrs, 7 days a week).
