    I've a friend who loves him. Not my cup of tea but I love the Marc Almond version of Jacky. :)

    Got all of his studio LPs. His last one (Les Marquises - 1977) is my favourite.

    A number of crazy nights in the Da Club in the mid-90s with Jack L and the Black Romantics was my first introduction to Brel.... man they were great nights.... Also, the album Wax was released back then too with mostly covers including Jacky, Port of Amsterdam, My death and more...

    Anyhow, that album is still out there and is genuinly worth getting....
