I just had a look and it's saying it's only for teachers, but I know I have an account on it because I used to use it for the Active Maths solutions...
I don't remember ever getting a roll number or anything, but I think you just have to sign up as a teacher if you're signing up at all!

I know you can download exam papers for free on it but i thinks that it unless your a teacher
