Hi, I'm tall, used to play in secondary school and for club. Stopped for my leaving and never went back. I'm now in my early 30s and I was thinking of getting back into basketball training. Are all the ladies teams full of hardcore players, or will they welcome in an eager if not (at the moment anyway) very proficient…

Hi,

I'm tall, used to play in secondary school and for club. Stopped for my leaving and never went back.

I'm now in my early 30s and I was thinking of getting back into basketball training.

Are all the ladies teams full of hardcore players, or will they welcome in an eager if not (at the moment anyway) very proficient player?

I'm in Dublin 15 area
