Recessed bathroom lighting

Hi all,

Is it possible to get recessed lighting suitable for a bathroom that is bigger than 3" in diameter in Ireland? I can only seem to find the bog standard Robus kind.

Bad workmanship from a number of years ago in my mothers house means the fixtures are as good as falling out of the ceiling where the plasterboard has been broken. Rather than re plastering the sections of the ceiling and re-installing the lights I was hoping to widen the existing holes and fit bigger lights.

i think so
when you're widening the holes for spots you can do a neat job by putting one holesaw inside the other like concentric circles
