    Be done as a subject.

Rathmines college does not offer it, Pearse, Plunkett, Ringsend either.
Is it only the private colleges that offer it?

    Thanks

The VECs are state funded schools catering for the education of people in their area. Understandably, Agricultural Science was a subject aimed at schools in agricultural areas.

The grind businesses, with their unusual take on what was educationally valid or not, saw it as an 'easy' subject for points and offer it to anyone who wants to do it, sometimes in only one year.

Perhaps some of the Meath VECs might offer it.
