Cost to change planning drawings to construction spec drawings

Would people advise getting constructions drawings done up from the planning drawings and if so can people provide an estimate of how much that would typically cost.

without construction drawings and specifications, the tenderers do not know what to price for... theres no standard "builders specification" anymore... because of the change of regulations since 2008.

id expect a figure of around €2k for construction drawings and specifications (which would include prelim BER assessment). A package of around €3k may include on site inspections and "signing off"
