Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Three mobile

    I had a contract with three mobile where by I got a free iphone if I stuck to an 18 month contract with them. I am now roughly twelve months through but my phone got stolen. I have it insured but I am unsure if they will pay out the compensation(from reading a thread or two on boards.ie). My question is, if I had another iphone, would I be able to use that and just get a new sim card?

    I would call them but I am on the other side of the world(not Australia). I called them to suspend my contract but I don't know who I would contact about this situation.

    Hmm, be careful with your claim.

    I once casually remarked to a different phone company that the sim card wasn't in my phone earn it was stolen (I was alternating between my UK & Irish numbers at the time) and whoosh! she was on the blower to the insurance company filling them in on this loophole that if the sim card is not in the phone, no claim will be granted.

    So just make extra sure you have satisfied all of the requirements of your insurance contract.

    I'll take one off your hands if youre serious. just had my phone destroyed in front of me today. i love kids but you want to tie them up sometimes.
