Hi all,

If a person wanted to go about getting a book published, what would be the way to go about doing it?

Friend has an idea for a book but would like to take a step towards seeing if there's any true potential to getting it made before advancing with it. The book would be to potentially aid a charity and not to make a profit on.

Would anyone here have any idea what the best first steps to take are, or who to talk to? He'd be looking at a limited run.
