Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I got a gorgeous hot chicken wrap in the Topaz near Glasinevin cemetery the other week. The bigger ones with seating areas are fairly nice, I like going there.

When I'm in town I go to Accents or Costa, does anyone know anywhere in Dublin that does a half decent ice tea? Costa is alright but I'd love a proper one

I never go for coffee or sandwiches. I don't drink coffee or tea, and if you get shop-bought sandwiches, they usually put disgusting things like mayonnaise and salad-y stuff on it, which I also hate. For example, if I want a chicken sandwich, I just want chicken (and maybe some butter) on the bread.

Shop beside me does a plain Chicken or Ham sandwiich for €2, not bad, give you plenty as well.

It's a butcher/shop/deli, how they pass Health and Safety?

Like to go to Joup every Friday, in cork. Sandwiches are about €5.50-€6.50 but they do a gorgeous Multi seeded or spelt pitta and everything is fresh. Always look forward to it.
Other than that Hassetts in CarrIgaline do very tasty sandwiches/coffee!

Thinking about this is making me hungry!!!

Simons Place is the best, on Georges Street Arcade. Brewbaker is pretty good.

None of the chains are that great. The only one I might consider is Munchies.

IMHO, Insomnia, O'Briens, Starbucks, Costa all do poor sandwiches, frequently prepacked and soggy.

The Art Of Coffee and 3FE, because I'm lazy and they're really close to work.

Is it The Yard or nosh coffee?. For me Cappuccino in Wexford town does lovely coffee, desserts. Pretty much everything on the menu in there is yummy.

Usually Itsabagel or the coffee shop in the Twisted Pepper.

Cousin works in McDonalds and usually gives me a few dozen free coffee voucher things so I'd go there whenever I have them.
