Well as I'm sure many know Open University courses are practically half price for UK residents compared to Irish residents. My question is, could I use a valid U.K address (Brother's N. Ire address) and avail of the cheaper fees? I realise I'd have to go up north for exams but I assume there's only one exam, or max 2, per…
