Just wondering are there any irish secondary school teachers who teach both history and geography, two subjects with vasts amount of information. I know every subject has a serious magnitude of learning in them but these 2 just stuck out for me. Also, I'm nearly 100% about becoming a teacher in these two subjects after my arts degree! Any info will appreciated biggrin.gif

Your job prospects won't be very good compared to some other subjects. These two subjects are primarily Junior Cert and the proposed reform of that could lead to one or maybe even both being cut in some schools. You'd be smart to include a mainstream subject in your qualifications as well to improve your chances of getting a job
