Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The best bad guy actors for me are John Malkovich(Con Air, In the line of fire) and Kevin bacon(River wild, Sleepers). Who are you favorite bad guys/bad guy moments?

    Con Air

    River Wild

You young uns above (not the OP) are only naming recent films ^^^^

Alan Rickman in Die Hard tops them all

Alan Rickman as the Sheriff of Nottingham in Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves.

Simon Bates used to terrify me as a kid when he popped up at the start of a video to do the BBFC warning, especially when I was watching a 15s film. His nerdy exterior just made him scarier.

In terms of actual villains, Rev. Kane in Poltergeist II still gives me the willies.

Not necessarily my favourites but two kants that spring to mind are Scar from Lion King and Lotso Huggy Bear from Toy Story 3.

Gary Oldman in Leon, The Fifth Element and in Air Force One. He plays the part very well.

Least favourite by FAR are Mr. Wynn and Mr. Kid from Diamonds are Forever. They were they weirdest bad guys ever, gave me serious heebie jeebies.

Christophe Waltz as Hans Landa in Inglorious Basterds.

Edit: Completely forgot Ralph Fiennes as Amon Goeth in Schindlers List, the fact that he didn't get an Oscar is just insanity to me.

    Where to begin????

Christopher Walken -- King of New York and True Romance. Absolute scumbag.
Robert Carlisle -- Begby, Trainspotting (shudder)
Pesci as Tommy in Goodfella -- Another horrible creature.
John Lithgow as Earl Talbot Blake -- Ricochet.
    Olivier -- Marathon Man

Brad Pitt was "OK" -- Kalifornia

    Michael Madson -- Reservoir Dogs

BUT.....IMHO opinion, the top prize has to go to:

BEN KINGSLEY -- Don Logan, Sexy Beast (that fcuker still gives me nightmares)

Kingsley in Sexy Beast, Carlisle as Begby in Trainspotting and tack on Russell Crowe as Hando in Romper Stomper and you've got some terrifying bastards right there.
