    i would hate to think so when it is an internal account. it takes 3 days to clear another banks cheques. if i lodge UB cheques into my UB account they clear same day.

    Three working days unless it is a cheque drawn on the same branch, which is cleared the evening of the day it is lodged (or in minutes, if you make a special request for them to do so).
