    Hi all,

    I am considering applying for a Federal Skilled Visa with Arranged Employment as I have a job offer/permanent job. My job is classified as NOC Skill Class A and I am well over the 67 points needed for eligibility.

    I also have 18 months left in work permits - I haven't activated my 2nd year IEC visa yet but I have my LOI etc.

    My question is:

    I understand that I need to arrange my AEO (Arranged Employment Opinion) with my employer. Do I also need to apply for a LMO (Labour Market Opinion)?

    Is it possible to go from an IEC visa to a Federal Skilled Visa with AEO?
