Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Saturday is our chinese takeaway day, Sunday we eat out, en masse - often Yamamori, somtimes somwhere else. Nicest place to eat out to me is One Pico, or the Shelbourne, go to those fairly often as yes, it's dear, but it's also very good. Equally happy with a Burger from McDonalds, but the Missus does not do burgers. Me and the kids do though. I like eating out, but I hate mediocre, so I'd rather pay and enjoy it. Biggest dissapointment was the K club, €170 for dinner for two, food was poor, service was too intrusive and atmosphere was "dinner with the queen". Hated it. I've eaten in a fair few of the worlds great restaurants, I like good food and I don't mind paying for the good stuff. Some are great, some are way over-rated.
Oh yeah, and I eat breakfast in a Cafe or restaurant every day except sunday. Usually with 4 or 5 others. I pay. If your sat at my table, it's on me, that gets quite dear too! My breakfast usually costs €30-€50 as a result. I may well be pampered on the food front, I make up for it with plenty of hardship on the work front. If I'm in a restaurant, I'm paying, I never let anyone buy me food, that's a quirk of my mind, if theres a big gang, well and good, but I'm still paying. I get insulted if someone else offers to pay, so now no-one does. If you can't afford to eat well and have people around you eat well, you're at the wrong business.
Same goes in our house on a saturday, usually a gang of teenagers and friends sit down to eat a good big Chinese. I like providing and it's my pleasure in life. I'm a cnut in every other department, but I hate seeing people not having good food to eat.

I find I eat out a lot more when in a relationship. The girlfriend never usually complains.

*Interpret this in any way you wish
