    Ben and Jerry's. No question.

Ben and Jerrys, not only for having interesting flavors but the quality of the ice cream seems to surpass haagen dazs by a long shot! Besides, who cares about a tub of nothing but vanilla....boring!

    *edit*

One minor annoyance, when i go to the Eye Cinema in galway they have a ben and jerrys shop in there that serves flavors we can't buy in tubs in supermarkets. Chunky Monkey is boss but only available in there, which by the way is PAST the ticket booth so i have to go into the screens hallway to buy it! haha

Ben & Jerry's any day, and for me its got to be Cookie Dough.

HD all the way. B&J is puke in a tube imo.

B&J Phish Food, HD Vanilla. Although the light Carte D'or isn't far off HD these days. (Funny how some light ice creams are nicer than full fat -- HB Vanilla is another.)

The current passion in our house is Tesco Banoffee ice cream. Nyom, buying some tomorrow! Their Cherry is gorgeous too.

The only thing I don't like about Ben & Jerry's is the way the US has a gazillion times the flavours of anywhere else in the world. Unjust.

HD Caramel, Pralines and Chocolate..... Jesus wept

Got to be Ben and Jerry's! It's way nicer. My current favourite is the new Half Baked one.

That's not new. Used to be around years ago. Did they re-release it in Ireland?

I don't know to be honest! I never saw it before a few months ago but maybe I just missed it!

Yeah, Half Baked has been back for a good while. It's usually in Tesco or Superquinn.

They stopped selling it in Ireland around... 2005 or so (?), though the UK has had it continuously. When did they bring it back?

It's up there among my favourites. Yum.

I first saw it around March so it's back since then at least!

B&J's Phish Food or Coconutterly Fair. There is nothing better!

B&J's. By a mile, BUT. Throw Baskin Robbins in there & I'm gonna have a problem choosing

    Häagen-Dazs for me!

Caramel, Pralines and Chocolate and Baileys are my faves. Haven't seen the Baileys one for ages though.

I know. I've eaten five tubs so far this week... :o

Depends, if I'm having a greasy takeaway I want the ludicrous sweetness of Ben and Jerry's but if I'm having something "nice" to eat I prefer the more ice-creamy Haagen Dazs.

Ben and Jerry's Chocolate Fudge Brownie or the raspberry part of the Core Berry White one. An amalgamation of those two would be the perfect ice-cream:D
