    Hi,

I want to buy an e cig, not the one that you have to fill with liquid ( sounds to complecated for me ). i would like one that you simply swap cartridge when needed.

Is there a shop in Dublin preferably on the southside that i can go into and have a chat with someone in the know that can help me pick a kit that will suit me

    Thanks

    ovale have a shop

    Ovale Ireland
70 Lower Gardiner Street, First Floor
    Dublin 1, Ireland

dunno if they have what you're after, but easy enough to drop in and find out

these guys have a store in the square in tallaght, seems to be more what you're after

these types work out a fair bit more expensive than other ecigs though, refilling a cartomiser or atomiser with liquid isn't hard or tricky at all and performance/cost will be a bit better.

if you do go for the smokegreen kit or another one like that make sure you get a portable charging case. the batteries on those cigarette like models are tiny, they dont last pissing time so you'll need the portable case in your pocket/bag to keep your batteries juiced up. a charged PCC should last the guts of a day charging depending on how often you use your ecig. best to get 2 batteries, keep one attached on the ecig and the other in the PCC.. then swap them around as needed. that way you'll always have a fully charged battery to use when you need it.

well the best thing to do is to get a starter kit

    http://www.thebestshop.eu/shop/joye-ego-t/24-ego-t-dcc-promotional-starter-kit.html
http://www.thebestshop.eu/shop/drip-tips/51-transparent-drip-tips.html (an alternative mouth piece.. highly reccomended but not neccesary if you don't want to)
the batteries here are kind of the standard battery. the majority of atomisers/cartomisers/whateveromisers will work on these batteries so they're a great starting point.
if you dont like the cartomisers in that starter kit (they'd be similar enough to the ones you'd get in a cigarette-like kit.. just a bit bigger and warmer vapour) you can try just about any other device you want and it'll work fine on those batteries

I won't list off a huge row of alternatives as it'd be confusing for someone looking to start off. if you look through the forum you'll see there's always a shiny new toy for people to spend their money on if they want to but if all you want is a simple piece of kit that'll do the job.. imo the kit I linked above will do it.

now after saying I wont list any alternatives... I'll just link these :)

    http://www.thebestshop.eu/shop/blank-cartomizers/138-510-xl-lr-empty-cartomiser.html
if you do decide to go for the kit above, it'd be no harm to throw 1 or 2 of these into the order as well just to try them out. the "510 xl" cartomisers are manufactured by boge and are generally very well received.. they have a slightly cleaner flavour than the cartomisers in the kit above but wouldn't have the warmth or cigarette like "roughness". as I said above with the batteries in that kit, you can swap around whatever device you want to try and see which you prefer. (you'll see on both links options for "resistance" pick the one around 1.8-2.2, they'll give the best performance on the batteries in the kit I linked)

the reason I link these two things is so you have the option , you don't have to use it but imo it's best to have it.. if you get the cigarette looking models you're generally kinda locked in to one and only the one device and if you don't like it you'll end up either going back on the fags or shelling out again on another full kit.

oh and obviously you'll need liquid as well.

    http://www.thebestshop.eu/shop/24-liqua-eliquid

    http://www.thebestshop.eu/shop/23-standard-eliquid

a few 10ml bottles would be a good idea, best not to spend the money on a larger bottle until you know you like a flavour. the liqua tobaccos are very good if you're after a tobacco flavour

if you're humming and hawing over getting a refillable model, maybe just hold off for a little bit and come down to the vapefest in abbeyleix in september. you'll be able to get a hands on look at different pieces of kit and hopefully find they're not as complicated as you thought. you never know, with the amount of prizes already announced for the raffle you might end up not having to spend money on an ecig kit :)

forgot all about this kit actually. if you would be willing to refill but also want a cigarette looking model this would be a good kit. comes with a nice looking charging case, you can add the extra battery and it will work with the "510 xl" cartomisers I linked above so when you need replacements you can get them next-day from an irish site (actually the xl's would be a bit big on them, but the point is you could get replacements quickly from inside Ireland when you needed)

you'd still need the juice and imo the larger kit/batteries are a bit better overall but if it's something small you're after this is a good kit.

think about it anyway and if you've any questions just post here again, someone will help you out
