Mud rash

Hi all
Need some help please
Have a cob with mud rash all summer tried all the usual treatments
Hipescrub wash iodine wash antibiotic treatment twice flamezine cream

He has been stabled all season only out to clean out stables so he's not in the wet or muck

Any advice, old cures would be most welcome

Warm Soapy water & Manuka Honey ( obviously put honey on & pack out bandages )
